Our mission is simple: build software that litigators want to use. We have a deep understanding of litigation and the work behind it, and we are sensitive to the confidentiality restrictions and ethical obligations litigators have when they work with client data.

Law and Tech
MFB Technologies was founded in 2020 by Sam Davidoff when he was a partner at the national litigation firm Williams & Connolly LLP. As a trial attorney, Sam litigated civil and criminal cases for two decades. He handled matters for global companies, top executives, and high level cabinet officials. He tried cases before juries, judges, and arbitration panels across the country.
Sam is also a technology expert. He started programming when he was 14, and worked in systems engineering before attending law school. While practicing law, he remained immersed in new technologies and platforms through his work for legal clients and his work on his own software projects. MFB Technologies was born out of Sam's strong desire to bring the best technology to the world's top lawyers.
